This is my favorite picture because it's simple yet eye-catching and amazingly beautiful. I took this picture in my backyard early afternoon just as it started to sprinkle after a storm. It was taken in the middle of an aloe shrub that I had to get down on my knees to take; and I found the plumerias already lying in the aloe. Thinking that it seemed beautifully posed, I took the picture in the original form that I found it in. Though the focus isn't on the plumeria flowes, I like how the picture does focus on the raindrops on the aloe shrub because it tells more about when and where the picture was taken. I'm a huge fan of lighting and I absolutly love how the lighting is very subtle since the rain just started to die down. I also like the contrasting colors of the yellow from the plumeria and the vibrant green from the foliage. <3

ReplyDeletei really like this photo it makes me wana go to a tropical rainforest :) i lik ehow it focuses on the flower and has alot of blurred affect on the leaves. The rain drops make it so sweet and unique.
ReplyDeleteI like this picture because it simple but still also detailed. This picture focuses more on the raindrops than the flower which I think is better because its different than most flower pictures. :]
